Ku. Ashma Begum, Class VII A and Mast. Shubham K selected for the final round of Champak Creative Child Contest Story Writing and Painiting competition to be held in Delhi on 07 December 2008.

Ku. Rimi Sharma participated in two day Workshop on Creative Writing organised by British Council, Calcutta. She was selected for the same based on her story "The Boy who Saw..."

Ku. Stuti Chandola, VIII B received Cash Prize of Rs. 3000/- being State Winner in Green Olympiad 2007 organised by TERI

Ku. Jasleen Bains, Ku. Rimi Sharma, Ku. Bhavya Dhatri, Mast. Sumit Kumar, Mast. Vishnu Madhavan, Mast. Shubhankar, received Certificate of Achievement from Oracle for participation in International Thinkquest Web Designing Competition 2007

Ku. Jasleen Bains, VII A and Ku. Madhurima Nandi won regional level prizes in the School Leadership Program on Think.com organised by Oracle. The Vidyalaya selected as Best Performing school in Silchar Region.

Miss. Lipica Roy, Class XI Science won Cash Prize of Rs. 5500/- in Green Olympiad 2006 organised by The Energy Resources Institutie, New Delhi.

Miss. Lipica Roy awarded Gold Medal in English Language Test conducted by IFSE.

Miss. Lipica Roy also ranked First in English Debate in the cluster level Social Science Exhibition 2007.

Miss. Sriparna Roy, XI Science secured First Position in English Debate in the cluster level Social Science Exhibition 2007.

Miss. Lipica Roy was awarded letter by CBSE for her Excellence in AISSE 2007 by securing 96 marks in English.

Mast. Sumit Saurabh and Mast. Pawan Kumar Sah of Class XII Science represented our Vidyalaya in Social Science Exhibition 2007 at Cluster and Regional Level.

Miss. Lipica Roy secured First Position in the Extempore Speech competition organised by North East Institute of Science and Technology (earlier RRL), CSIR on 16 November 2007. 150 students from the region were selected for the competition based on their Class X marks.
